Multi-layer cutting machines

Our production process leverages advanced multi-layer cutting technology from trusted brands like Lectra and Morgan to ensure precision and efficiency. Lectra cutting machines, known for their reliability and durability, incorporate AI to autonomously manage blade sharpening and speed adjustments, reducing downtime and enhancing productivity. With eight cutting machines equipped with diagnostic systems and software for real-time reporting, we achieve superior cutting quality, maximum efficiency, and cost-effectiveness, delivering exceptional garments.

Laser cutting machines

Die cutting

Die-cutting technology offers exceptional precision, achieving tolerances of +/- 0.1 mm—far superior to laser cutting—and ensuring clean, scale-free edges. Sublimation printing

Sublimation printing, a core expertise, sublimates dye directly into synthetic fabrics, ensuring high precision and vibrant, durable prints. This eco-friendly method produces stretchable and wear-resistant prints free from PVC. Heat Transfer

Our Heat-Transfer production combines exceptional quality with eco-conscious manufacturing. We use non-toxic foil materials exclusively sourced from Europe, reflecting our commitment to responsible production. Offering versatility in thickness and colors, our Heat Transfers cater to diverse design needs. With advanced laser cutting technology in our Romanian factories, we ensure precise, efficient handling of large orders. Other Processes

quality is at the core of everything we produce, and our advanced laboratory ensures the highest standards through rigorous testing. Each textile undergoes a weight test to confirm specifications, while a wash test evaluates durability against warping or shrinking after multiple washes. For durability, the orbiter snagging and pilling test assesses fabric resilience, with results rated on a 1-5 scale. To ensure water resistance, the spray rating test measures water repellency, and the hydrostatic water pressure test checks waterproofness under pressure. The Martindale method simulates wear to determine material longevity, while our elasticity and compression tests assess stretch and load capacity, especially for cycling pads. These extensive evaluations, conducted in compliance with international standards, reflect Heini's commitment to delivering durable, high-performance garments that meet the demands of professional sports and everyday wear.
