Heini Sports maintains rigorous quality control standards and we are dedicated to producing high quality garments with no exception. In every step of the process, in line and end of line, we utilize quality assurance supervisors; and our final inspections always maintain AQL 2.5 quality standards.
Our factory partners also undergo regular compliance and safety audits. Recent Compliance Certifications include: Under no circumstance does Heini Sports tolerate labour Violations, unsafe working conditions, harassment, or discrimination of any kind.
ECO FRIENDLY PROCESS
Heini Sports dye-sublimation process is one of the most eco-friendly and sustainable methods available in garment printing and production, generating absolutely no waste.

It is completely waterless creating zero water waste. (Compared to screen printing which often results in polluted water waste and ground contamination)

We use 100% lead free soy based inks

Farm grown trees supply the paper used during the sublimation printing process
