What is the CholangioCycle?
The CholangioCycle is a month-long cycling fundraiser held each September to raise awareness and funds for cholangiocarcinoma (bile duct cancer) research.
Where do the proceeds from my purchase go?
Up to 50% of the proceeds from every merchandise purchase will be donated to support the CholangioCycle. Your purchase helps raise awareness and funds for biliary tract cancer research and patient support initiatives.

Is it possible for me to return or exchange the product I have purchased?
Heini provides a limited 6 month manufacturer warranty for all their products, which covers defects in materials and workmanship. However, this warranty does not apply to normal wear and tear. Custom products, being made-to-order on demand, cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturer defect. On the other hand, retail collection items (non-customized) can be returned for a full refund or exchange if they are unworn and accompanied by the receipt.
